    why I don't get the JotForm emails in my email?

    Upon checking the form in your website link, I see that your recipient email address is this: v****s@molasparameias.pt. Our mail log shows that there are no failed email attempts or errors, is it also not in our bounce list.

    But I noticed that you are missing an important field in your email notification settings:


    It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking incoming emails from us. What you need to do is you contact them and ask them to whitelist our JotMail IP Addresses and Domain names, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
