Hi,
If you had previously gone over your limits, the forms will still be deactivated, even if you change the links. Since it sounds like you already have this sorted, I went ahead and reset your SSL limits for the month. Keep in mind, we can only do this once per account, should you go over again, you will need to upgrade in order to restore your forms.
