    Just wondering how to change your JotForm profile image / avatar.

    This isn't exactly a pressed issue, just kind of curious thx.

    All you have to do is go to Gravatar and sign up with the email you use on JotForm and upload a profile pic.

    Is there lag time between uploading a new image to Gravatar and seeing it here? Or did I miss a step that would apply it? thanks. No huge rush.

    @designsby,

    I just checked Gravatars Help Section and found this under the question:

    I changed my gravatar, but I still see my old one on sites!

    "We cache your gravatars for periods of time, which means that your new gravatar will take effect after the old one expires from the cache. The reason we do this is to be able to serve your (and indeed everybody’s) gravatar images much more quickly and reliably."

    You can find more related questions on there website.

    Right now, I am seeing a Girl in your avatar, is this your new uploaded one? If not, then you have to wait the cache time.

    Please let us know if you have further questions. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Merhaba,

    Bende avatar için gravatar'a resim yükledim fakat kaç gündür jotform'da göremiyorum. Acaba jotform ekibinin bir onay v.s vermesi mi gerekiyor görüntülenmesi için ?

    @aralfacebook

    I can see your new avatar right now. Is it still not updated on your end? You might need to clear your browser's cache for it to display properly.

    Your avatar is served from gravatar.com. Here is information from their website:

    My email address is already in use, but I never signed up

    Gravatar.com and WordPress.com share the same user database. It's possible that you registered a WordPress.com account (either for a blog or for an Akismet API key,) which automatically now gives you a Gravatar.com account. If you use your WordPress.com password to log in you should experience no problems using Gravatar. If you cannot remember that password you may use the forgotten password link on the login page to reset your password.

    You may try to change the avatar through mentioned above website.

    Thank you for using our services.
