Hello, I have a form with some php functionality to capture form data and send it to email. When i embed it into a CMS page it doesnt not work.

Is there any way I can have a form on my CMS page (different from contact form), with the submitted form data going to my email? Please help!

Could you tell us what is the CMS and the page where you embedded the jotform so that we could see what might be the issue?

Also, if you get some error shown to you when trying to embed it it would be great if you could grab a screenshot of it so that we can better understand the issue.

I would also like to ask you to always open your own thread so as to avoid confusion and to allow us to properly assist you an the other people that have opened their threads and you can always provide us with the link to the similar thread or to a thread where you have already tried some steps from.

    Thank you.

Thanks Ben for your response. Im using Prestashop 1.6.14 so on my About us page I want to include a form which sends the submitted data to a specific email address. I already have this form and it works well on its own. But when I embed it in the Prestashop page it does not work. And there are no errors showing.

So I would like to know if there is another way I can achieve that, having a form on one of my Prestashop pages that sends the submitted data to email. Thanks

Please note this form is not a contact us page.
