How can I include Contact Number field on a Paypal Integration form?

Hi,

I want to add a Contact Number field on a Paypal Integration form. I want to pass the Contact Number field's value to Paypal when someone submits the form.

Is that possible?

This is how the form looks like.

This is how the Paypal page looks like after submitting the form. A you can see only the Product in passed to Paypal upon submit.

Please help me how to pass the Contact Number field's value to Paypal.

Hi Benesa,

You can use the Custom Field in the Paypal payment tool to pass a custom data to the transaction.

You have to add a Textbox, or Hidden box, or Unique ID field on your form that you can use as the Custom Field in the payment tool.

Hi,

Just to be clear, the custom data will not appear in the user's payment screen.

You will see it instead in your completed payment transactions in your Paypal account.

You may check the completed payments in your account. The custom data should be there.

I've created a cloned version of your form and submitted a testing payment and I was able to see the contact information I entered when I submitted the form.

Can you send us a screenshot of what do you see on your side?

I can also see that. I didn't know it was the Contact Number. Can I change the text Custom to Contact Number? It is really confusing.
