    Can a link be added inside a form?

    We currently have a simple registration form.  However, when building a registration form, can a link be embedded in the registration form to a policy page that would be associated with a check box on the form indicating that the registrant agrees to the policies set forth and related to the registration.

    We don't currently have such a policy page in place but have discussed the need for one and the need to have the registrant indicate they agree to the policies by checking the check box.

    You can use the TEXT field (found in Form Tools) to add read-only text with links to your form.

    Use the insert/edit Link tool in Text field html editor. Please see screen below

    Then you can have a simply checkbox for the acknowledgement or we even have a terms and conditions widget that has both all in one:
