I can't access my account

    I'm using the only email I would use, and it says it isn't a valid account.  Here is th elink to my form:  http://form.jotform.com/form/12710610495

    As far as i can see, you created that form while still a 'Guest' user. i.e you havent created a full registered free user account.

    If you now create a new user account, and register with your same @drake.edu email address,the forms created whilst a 'Guest' user should automatically get transferred over to your new account.

    Try it, and let us know if you encounter any problems.
