How do I make my headers show when exporting PDF from Submissions Panel?

I can create headers in the form; but when it comes time to save/print the application after someone has submitted it, it doesn't show the headers. How can I fix this?

To do that please take a look at the following guide: How to include Headers, Texts and Images in the PDF format of a submission

It will then show the headers on your form as well.

What about when I have an Image in my header?

I am now able to see the text for the headers but not the image.

To have it work like I would actually recommend printing out the form with the entered data instead.

To do that you would need to add edit link to your email notifier that would show you the edit submission link and allow you to go back to the jotform as it was when filled out by your visitor.

To do that all you would need is to add {edit_link} into the jotform email notifier.

You can see how to set Email notifiers here: Setting Up Email Notifications

Once you do just click on the field for edit submission on the right:

Do let us know if that would work for you.

    Hello,

For your information, we have just enabled customized PDFs through following "Customize PDF" which appears after clicking "Get PDF" button.

Please let us know your thoughts

    Kind regards
