URGENT: I can't login

    Hi

    I have been registrated for a long time with martin@youngadventurers.dk and I have made two templates. One of them stopped working today, WHICH IS REALLY BAD, so I went to login on my JotForm account to check. BUT I couldn't??

    When I try to reset password it says I don't have an account by that mail, but I have the Welcome mails on that mail, so I know that, that is the mail I have connected to the forms I've made.

     

    This is really urgent, that we're depending on these forms!

    There is a little issue with some recently registered accounts. We have escalated the issue to our Development Team.

    I can't see the threads as I have to be logged in, so I hope you see me an email when you got some news for me
