I have been registrated for a long time with email@example.com and I have made two templates. One of them stopped working today, WHICH IS REALLY BAD, so I went to login on my JotForm account to check. BUT I couldn't??
When I try to reset password it says I don't have an account by that mail, but I have the Welcome mails on that mail, so I know that, that is the mail I have connected to the forms I've made.
This is really urgent, that we're depending on these forms!

A reply was posted on the other thread, by my colleague:
"We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.
There is a little issue with some recently registered accounts. We have escalated the issue to our Development Team.
We will keep you updated via this thread."
The issue has been escalated. Once it has been resolved you would be updated through that thread, which you would be able to access at that time.
