Estou tentando cancelar minha assinatura Professional e não consigo.
Quando clico no plano Free e vou em Cancelar assinatura aparece uma mensagem de erro dizendo para entrar em contato com o suporte.
Por favor, me dê uma resposta o quanto antes pois não tenho mais condições de manter o plano ativo.

I see that your are having an active subscription of Economy plan on your account. However, it was due for renewal on Mar 22nd and the payment was failed. As per your request, we have cancelled your active paid subscription and converted to Free plan.
I see that the current storage space occupied is more than the storage space allotted for Free account. You'll need to clear the storage space by deleting some submissions to avoid disabled forms due to overlimit. Please be noted that the submissions deleted cannot be recovered in any way and hence you may need to take a backup of your submissions by integrating with Google Spreadsheet and files can be downloaded by using File downloader app.
