Exclude empty fields in autoresponder e-mail?

I want to setup the auto-responder e-mail to only include fields that the user selected.  Much like the "Preview Before Submit" widget:

As far as I can tell, there is no such functionality for the e-mails.  By default, it is going to send the user a list of ALL the fields, which is no good.

Is there a way to use CSS code to accomplish this?

    Hi,

If you would like to hide the empty fields for the autoresponder, you can do that by changing the settings in your "Preferences". Enable the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails".

This will only work with unmodified notifications and autoresponders.

I can't find this option in the new version! I don't want empty fields to be hidden, bu they are by default. How can I turn them on?
