I just upgraded my account to 9.95 but I think my form was on a Guest account..now I cannot find my form and I need payments

    I checked your JotForm account/username eyesforwings 

    and it is currently at PREMIUM subscription plan at this time.

    Can you please retry login to your account at http://www.jotform.com/login

    and check again your forms.

    Perhaps there was only a temporary glitch that had prevented proper access previously.

    Please inform us if issue persist.
