Sometimes our forms do not submit. When the "submit" button is pressed, the form gets stuck on "please wait", and never proceeds to the submission page.
This seems to happen at random - we've had this error reported from both Mac and Windows users across several browsers.
At the same time we are also receiving successful submissions, so I have no idea what the problem could be.
This problem only started last week - up until then everything was working fine.

Unfortunately, I could not reproduced yet the issue mentioned.
the submission was successful and I did not encounter any delays or error.
I was able to see the Thank You page.
It will help us determine the caused of issue if we can find more details about how the user/s who reported the problem.
Will you be able to get more information from the users who encountered the issue?
Were you able to reproduced it also?
I noted that there was Captcha field at the bottom of the form...
The Captcha field has a limited session time.
It will change after a certain amount of time.. BUT the text you see on the Captcha will NOT update unless you refreshed the form or web page.
So this can be a potential issue on the form user if they took time answering the form. If the Captcha had already changed, the user will be providing the wrong Captcha value.
If the Captcha value is wrong, on submit of the form, the user will be redirected or will be challenge again with the correct Captcha value... the user might just close the page and think they have submitted already -- which is not.
I recommend removing the Captcha field since this is a very long form already with a lot of validations also. Spam submission will rarely happen on the form.
