we have a number of forms that applicants need to upload documents to as part of the application process. as of approximately 1 - 2 hours ago applicants have been unable to upload any documents. when they try to click the upload a file button nothing happens. this has been working fine prior to approximately 1- 2 hours ago. i have tried myself on 2 of the forms and the same things is happening. i have included the 2 i have tried below

I do apologize for the issue that you are currently experiencing with your form upload fields.
I was able to replicate the issue when testing your form. It appears that there is an issue when using the multiple uploads options. If that feature is turned off the upload field appears to work.
I have passed on this information to our developers, so that they can look into having the issue resolved.
Any update on the issue will be posted to this thread.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The glitch has to do with multi-upload fields being on close proximity (or side by side) with each other.
You can try adding a spacer within them also so that they are at least 1 element apart.
I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support about the current glitch.
We will let you know here once fixed.

I can't seem to replicate the problem. Is this bug still happening?
