Can't log in to my account.

    Hi there,

     

    Ive been checking out Jotform for a week now and sofar im impressed. There's only 1 major thing holding me back from using it as our business default form creator.

    And that is the fact that i suddenly cant log in my account.

    I always keep a secure list of all my passwords ect so i was suprised that my own administration failed me when JotForm told me i didnt use the proper login details.

    Ooh well, guess ill just send the 'password - reset instructions' to my emailadres but that resulted in a notification that there was no such user or email registred at Jotform.

     

    Funny detail of this situation is the following:

    Without being logged in OR being able to log in..  When i go to jotform.com it auto-resumes my work on the form i was working on yesterday. AND i can access all my previous forms by going to  'My Forms'..  all this without (once again) being able to log in OR being logged in.

     

    I hope you can fix this issue (quick :)) so i can tell my boss that this platform is what we have been looking for and make him upgrade my account :)

    An update on or some information about wether this is a known issue and/or is being worked on would be very much appreciated.

    Unfortunately, I was not able to find an account related to your email address.
    Did you use another email address when you created your account with us? If not, can you please try again and use the same email address?

    If you created some forms during your tests please share the URL of them so we can transfer them to your new account once you've created it.

    Hi Raul,

    Thx for helping me out here.

     

    I did not use a different email address. I know that for sure because im looking at the JotForm welcome mail :)

    I have made a new account using the same email address.

    Thank you for providing the links.

    I was able to find that both forms are related to a guest account and transferred them to your account: GKlanderman. You should be able to find them once you login to your account.
