I would like custom field to be sent along with 2checkout payment

Hey Jot Team,

I have been using Jot Form for Payment collection on my website. This form is using 2Checkout Payment Gateway. After few weeks of using this form, here is the question which need answer from you.

After the customer submits form, then they are taken to payment gateway, in this case we are using 2Checkout. After successful payment, the data which we receive in form, are the data which we had asked customer to fill in first step.

But, here is the issue. How can I get the Payment ID passed from the Payment Gateway, inside the final form data? This will help us in connecting a customer with the data given in first step, to the payment record from Payment Gateway.

I hope, these must be some solution.

Unfortunately at the moment I believe that is not possible with 2checkout payment processor. With Paypal we have the option of having a custom field associated so that if you add a Unique ID field to the form this will be sent to Paypal:

I will open a feature request so our developers might consider the implementation of a similar feature with 2checkout.

Can this be done other way around?

Passing some form data parameters to 2Checkout billing. I have seen Jotform is send some parameters into 2Checkout.

Kindly have a look through the screenshot.

In this case you might consider using the 'jotform_submission_id', each submission has an unique submission id and you can check it on the form submissions page.

This way can we pass other parameter like domain name to 2checkout?

PS: we capture domain name from customer.

Unfortunately, this is not possible until the 'custom field' option is added by our Development Team. So we will need to for integration update. Thank you.
