    We are having difficulties in our account.

    When we are processing our submissions we see a count number of how many new there are, but there isnt.

    Then some time later they arrive in the list ??

    Is there a bug??

    This is quite urgent. Are we missing enquires??

    the form seems to be changing how many it thinks is new?? Also flagging then unflagging?? More concerning we have now a negative number showing in the chrome plugin and then?? See pic !!!!!!

    Hi,

    Usually when this occurs, clearing your forms cache clears it:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache

    This should update your counts to the proper values.  If it does not, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
