Upgrade to Economy package?

I just created a form to enable people to vote for the facility awards.  We expect to receive 2700 votes, so I suppose I have to upgrade to the Economy package?

The event is on May 12th and afterwards we do not plan to create a new form, can it then be stopped?

Yes, you can upgrade for only one month, but as our paid plans are subscriptions they renew automatically, so you need to manually cancel the plan in order to prevent unwanted bills.

To upgrade please login to your account > account > upgrade/billing:

Select the plan > payment schedule > payment method > upgrade:

You will receive an email confirming the new subscription.
To downgrade please do it at least 2 days before the billing date. Select account > billing > select free plan > confirm cancellation:
