I'm unable to pick a template to use in my forms

Now that I've gotten really comfortable with my order form, I'm considering using one from the templates. I'd like to see how to add charges into my form based on client selections from the form.

I've launched the templates several times but there is no scroll bar visible for me to see which one I'd like to load.

I'm using Firefox but have also tried this in IE just to see if that would make a difference but no luck.

Any suggestions?

Are you referring to the templates section or the theme store?

I've checked both links using IE11 and they worked fine for me. Can you try to clear your browser's cache to see if it makes any difference? If it does not, please share a screenshot of what do you see on your side so we can better understand what's going on.

I've cleared my cache and still no luck. See screenshot below.

Can you let us know which version of Firefox are you using?
I've made another test using FireFox 36 and was able to see the scrollbar correctly.

Can you also try entering the direct URL for the templates section: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/ once you have selected a template you can create a new form based on it.
