When I log into Jot Form it is showing I have 3 new submissions.
When I click to view the submissions, I have no new entries. It also show there are 32 submissions on the main page, but only 25 submissions when I view all entries.
As it relates to new submissions being shown when on your my form page, this appears to be a cache glitch. This can be resolved by using the "Marked As Read" option.
I have already fixed this on your account.
I was able to see that on your "My Forms" page it shows that you have 32 submissions but once on your submission page, there appears to only be 25 submissions.
Can you confirm if you have received 32 or 25 email notifications for your submissions? This will help us to determine if you having missing submissions or if the number of total submissions are incorrect.
I have passed this on to our level two support to look in.

Your submissions total has been adjusted. Should now see that you have a total of 25 submissions showing on your "My Forms" page to match the total submissions in your submissions.
