Hi!, i've just integrated one form with google drive to have a backup so when the month ends i can restart my storage here in jortform (i have a free account)

What i really don't understand is:

    1. why once i've integrated my form none of the submissions i already had were imported to google drive? do i have to make that backup manually and the new submissions will backup automatically from now?

    2. do the uploaded files of the submissions are also uploaded to google drive or do i have to download them manually?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi,

Here are my answer to your questions:

    1. why once i've integrated my form none of the submissions i already had were imported to google drive? do i have to make that backup manually and the new submissions will backup automatically from now?

I believe this is not part of the function of the Google Drive, when you integrate it, it creates a new folder where only new submissions will be uploaded directly. Existing submissions will not load automatically there. But I believe you can move files, based from my personal knowledge.

    2. do the uploaded files of the submissions are also uploaded to google drive or do i have to download them manually?

I believe this is true, the actual file uploaded in the form should also be uploaded directly to the Google Drive, not a link but the actual file.

You could try the Google Drive integration, it's free to use, you can make some test submissions and see if it fits your needs.

    Kind regards.
