That form is hosted in the account username "desynator", the email used for this registered account is "email@example.com". When attempting to login, click on "Forgot password" and the reset instructions will be sent to that email address.

Since one of your forms actually contains the email you would like your account changes to, I have no problem making the change. Usually we ask for some sort of proof the account is yours, but the proof is right in your form:
You should now be able to use that email address for you password reset.
