I've had 2 form submissions come in today and I haven't received an email notification for either of them

Upon checking your account and the forms, everything seems to be setup properly, although one of your notification is missing a Sender's Name.
I've also checked the two recipient email addresses that you have, our mail logs show no failed email attempts or errors, also they are not in our bounce list.
I believe the problem is the email service provider, both emails are in @sitehelp.org, the provider might be blocking our JotMail IP addresses and domain names. Please contact the service provider and whitelist the following IP addresses and domain names found in this list: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
