Fillable PDF Form: Headings, images and other text are blurryAsked by CNDCF on March 26, 2015 at 02:26 PM
I just tried out your new feature --- the ability to convert to PDF fillable form, and I've run into some issues with it:
1. The resolution of the text fields is blurry.2. The editor mode text box doesn't appear and so it can't be filled.3. Conditions on the form don't work on the PDF Fillable form.
Can you please provide me with instructions as to address the issues mentioned above?
Thank you for your feedback in our new feature, Fillable PDF Creator. It is still a new feature and our developers are continuously looking for ways to improve it.
I'll escalate this issue regarding the blurred headings, images and other text in the PDF, although, I believe this is because they are captured as a screenshot.
For the other concern that you have, I have opened separate threads so that we can better focus on them. You can refer to these links:
We will address it accordingly.
We are still looking for ways to improve resolution of all images we put into PDFs. Meanwhile editor mode issue for text area fields fixed. Thanks for your feedback.
