    Hello Oliver,

    I see that the account is autosuspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. As I check your JotForms, I notice that you are obtaining passwords through JotForm which is not allowed and such forms are considered as phishing forms. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. Your account cannot be activated unless you agree to our terms of usage. Let us know if you agree to the terms and want us to proceed with deleting the fields and activate your account.

    I see that the account (Vaporr) is activated. However, I also notice that one of the forms is still having a password field. I've removed it from the from to avoid any further suspensions.
