I am having trouble with some of my users not being able to see the right and left arrows < > when viewing the calender which prohibits them from seeing how to change the months.

Thanks for reporting this bug with the Date Picker widget in IE 11, upon testing, it seems it happens when more than one widget is added:

We've fixed the back and forward buttons not appearing in Internet Explorer browsers.
It took us quite a while to find the cause of the issue, create and implement a fix.
