All of My Forms Are down Because the Number of Payments Received in Aggregate Have Exceeded the Amount Specified for My Account Type

    The form used to be up and working, but has now been down all day! People need the form to register for a program happening in a week. This is a disaster! 

    I thought something was wrong with JotForm because we have another form elsewhere and that is down too. 

    PLEASE help ASAP!

    Unfortunately, the number payments received via your jotforms have exceeded that allowed for your account type. As stated on our Pricing page, Starter accounts may only receive up to 10 payments monthly and according to my information you have received 11.

    In order to resolve this, you would have to either upgrade your account or wait for the payment limit to reset.

    Well, I'm grateful to know the reason. I just upgraded though and it says that it won't be effective until April 27th!! I need the form to work NOW. Is there anything that I can do?

    Your current JotFor subscription with account/username pbwithew

    is already at PREMIUM plan.

    You can check this when you logged in to your account at and check your profile.

    Let us know if there are still issue.
