When people go to sign up for a free plan I offer they are getting the message "Form Over Quota".
I really need some help with this one. I think I've made a BIG mistake with my sign up form I've created. I have read in other posts about what the problem is, about only having 10 SSL submissions. I have checked and i think my website is SSL secured. www.drukidger.com
When I was creating my sign up form I was testing it by signing up in different email accounts I use and seeing how it looked. So it looks like my quota has been filled by my own sign ups! My BIG problem is that I did a webinar a couple of ago and directed people to my site for downloading a document. Now nobody can download it because they are getting this message.
I am very new to email sign up forms etc and was just trying to "jazz" up my options from the basic mailchimp forms. Jotform seemed perfect and I loved the sign up form I created. I admit that I didn't read the information about what you get on the free account and will obviously have to address this.
I have deleted all my "test" sign ups from my own accounts to free up space but is there anyway I can get some of my allocated sign ups back just to allow the people who are waiting to download my document to get access to it and then I can sort out what plan to use etc.?
Thank you in anticipation.
