Not receiving any correspondence from JotForm

    I've double checked that my email alerts are active on one of my forms and they are and the email address I've previously used to receive correspondence from JotForm in the past is still accurate but as of 26 October, I've not been able to receive any emails from Jotform. 

    I've also tried to run two test emails today and neither of them are coming through, nor are they being trapped by the spam filter of my inbox.

    Additionally, whenever someone submits a form on my website's page [] nothing happens. The data simply disappears, no thank you message is displayed or anything.

    As I have checked, I noticed that you are using an iframe to embed your forms.  When submitting data using this, the height of your form remains.  You will actually have to scroll up to see the thank you page.  

    You can try using the script embed form feature so that once the form gets submitted, the focus of your browser's view will go back to the top.

    To do this:

    1. Edit your form
    2. Select Setup & Embed
    3. Select Embed
