Radio button shuffles/randomizes the selections only once

Asked by nfpa on March 26, 2015 at 10:20 PM

I am adding a radio button question to my form and I see in the properties for that item that there is a control for "Shuffle Options - Display field options in random order".  But when I enable this Shuffle Option, it only shuffles the items in my bullet list once, and all persons completing the form see the same order of items in the list.

Is that the way it is supposed to work?  I need to have the various options in the bullet list to be different each time the form is filled out.

    I appreciate your assistance.

You were right. I also noticed that it only 'random' once only after loading the form.

That is not so random at all...

It must be a glitched on the Radio shuffle feature. Let me submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support to check on this.

We will notify you for any update on the status here.

I love it!  Thanks so much for fixing this issue - my test form is now changing the order each time I refresh my browser.  Jot Form rocks!
