    Account Disabled. Will it be re-Enabled?

    I went over 100 submissions on my JotForm account. The account was disabled.

    I have removed one or two Jotforms from one or two accounts to reduce demand, so I believe I will be below 100 submissions a month going forward.

    I love the service, but the lowest price per month is too expensive for my needs. (Suggest you come down to $4.99 a month)

    Will my account be re-enabled again or will it remain disabled?

    I have checked your account and I see that it's enabled.  If you have another account that you are using, please let us know so we can look into it.

    If you have received the maximum number of submissions per month, the suspension of your form is temporary.  Accounts are re-enabled on the 1st of every month.  Also, deleting submissions won't reduce the submission counter of your account for the month.

    The Premium subscription is our package with the lowest subscription price.  So far there is nothing lower than that.  I will submit a ticket to our administrators regarding your lower subscription amount package request.
