Conditional formatting not working on mobiles (android)

I've created this form that I am very happy with - it's for a global campaign to improve the United Nations:

However, the conditional formatting, which hides fields depending on if the submitter is an individual or an organisation.

Why does this technology not work on android phones?  (all the fields display, all the time).  I haven't checked on iPhones yet.

Please advise how this can be solved.
