Conditional formatting not working on mobiles (android)Asked by BenDonaldson on March 27, 2015 at 05:43 AM
I've created this form that I am very happy with - it's for a global campaign to improve the United Nations:
However, the conditional formatting, which hides fields depending on if the submitter is an individual or an organisation.
Why does this technology not work on android phones? (all the fields display, all the time). I haven't checked on iPhones yet.
Please advise how this can be solved.
Android checked thanks all
I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your form conditions showing when being viewed on a mobile device.
I reviewed your webpage and I was able to replicate the issue on an Android device. The issue however only happens on your webpage and not the direct form URL. This would be caused by a conflict on the webpage.
Please embed your form using the iFrame method as this will prevent most conflicts.
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
