    I took a look at the issue and I see that your jotforms are set as English forms, while the language on them is not English.

    Please change this according to this guide: How to make your forms multilingual?

    Once you do the change your account will automatically be enabled, but if for some reason it does not, just let us know and we would be happy to check what is going on.

    Please note that your jotform does not need to have 2 languages - only to be set as the language that is used on it.
