Unable to view the form submissions

    Original thread title: We are showing that we have three submissions to the form below that were modified on 3/23, but no submissions are available when we do to view them.

    Hi there,

    The form (http://www.jotform.com/form/12483619768 - Volunteer Services Request & Assignment Form) is currently disabled. You need to enable it in order to receive and view submissions.
