My account is blocked?

    Hello,

     

    my account is disable, it says it has been used for phishing but we are not using it for that at all.

     

    This is a mistake, please can you get our forms back in service as quickly as possible?

     

    We have a couple of forms on our account that need to be unblocked ASAP please.

    Hi,

    My apologies, it appears as though our automatic phishing detector mistook your most recent form as a phishing form.  When I checked it, there did not seem to be anything against our terms of use.  I went ahead and reactivated your account as well as white listed your form.  You should no longer have any trouble with either.  Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
