How can I make the form to reset after submission?

I want the form to return to the original state after submission.

Where's the option to do it?

I presume that you do not want to see the thank you page, but instead to show the same form once again?

If that is true, then please take a look at the following guide that will show you how to do this: Redirecting Users to a Different Page

In the redirect URL, all you should do is to add the link to your jotform and that will result it to submit the data and show itself once again - without any data entered in it.
