    How do I get my Adobe Form Central submissions data to upload to Jot Form?

    I am trying to upload/convert my forms from Adobe Forms Central. The forms upload but the submissions data doesn't come over.  It also updates Adobes templates.

    I am sorry to hear that your submissions data did not come in. It usually takes a bit more time to upload them as well.

    Looking at the logs your request seems marked as completed.

    Can you please let us know if you have selected the import of forms only or forms and data, since the first one would only import your forms.

    I would suggest creating a new request and selecting the import of both forms and data and giving the correct/current username and password when prompted.

    I have deleted the forms that were uploaded and converted previously from my jot form account. I then cleared the cache and initiated a new import request for forms and responses.  I got the same results; the forms all imported fine but none of the submissions data appears in my jot form account.
