I have a charge on my card for $9.95 and I would like to cancel any subscription I may have- please advise.

I am unable to find any account registered with the email address provided. Could you provide us with the account username or any form ID from your account so that we can locate your account and provide you necessary assistance.
If you want to cancel the subscription, you can downgrade the account to free from the billing section of your account.
The account shall be holding your current paid subscription till your next billing date and then converted to Free.
