Not receiving email notifications

    But a test submission didn't reach it or the old one.

     

    What have I done wrong

    I have checked you form and I noticed that you did not set Email Notification inside of your form.

    To receive submissions after submitting the form you need to set Email Notification. Inside of this article you can learn how to do it:

    Thanks for your help all sorted. Bit mystified as to why form previously worked though I'd never gone through that process! Oh well.....
