UNHAPPY CUSTOMER Forms Central and Accessing my New Jot Account

    Dear Customer Services,

    I am disappointed.

    I have transferred my forms over from my Adobe Forms Central and I went into Jotform today to access my new free account and I had a hell of a time logging in. My username and password were not recognised. I was then asked to create a guest account which did do anything form me and my forms were still not accessible there.

    Then suddenly I was able to access my account and reset my password and my forms that I transferred yesterday were still not showing.

    What's going on??

    Let me find a way to help you. I was able to find this username which was created today: moniquesmithlonguk which is related to your email address  moniques*****ong@me.com

    Do you happen to remember the email address you used to registered the first account?

    Can you please provide us with your Adobe Forms Central username ? This might help us to find your forms and account.
