My client does not receive the e-mail, why?

    I have tried several times to link the field (Zend naar e-mailadres) to the costomer e-mail but it does not seems to work.

    Can you please help me?

    I made a successful test submission using your jotform



    The Autoresponder Email reaches my mailbox and I was able to see the email.


    It is highly possible that some users were not receiving the auto email because they did not provide the email address in Zend naar e-mailadres field.

    Since the email was NOT set as a *Required field the users can skip the question and still submit the form.

    I suggest you make the email field required so that the user will be reminded to provide an email account if they missed the question.
