I made a successful test submission using your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42892566509366
The Autoresponder Email reaches my mailbox and I was able to see the email.
It is highly possible that some users were not receiving the auto email because they did not provide the email address in Zend naar e-mailadres field.
Since the email was NOT set as a *Required field the users can skip the question and still submit the form.
I suggest you make the email field required so that the user will be reminded to provide an email account if they missed the question.
