I created two different contracts but both disappeared

Hello,

Recently I have clones wedding contracts and edited and saved. Both of these contracts has been sent to the clients to sign, However i just came to check and both go them disappeared.

Why they disappeared from my list and no its quite imbarasing in front of the clients.

Hi,

It appears as though one form was deleted and then our system tried to allow you to clone it.  This form:

http://form.jotformeu.com/form/50831830955357?

Shows as being deleted and if the first form was cloned from that after it had already been deleted, it may have caused the bug with the empty form.

If it has not been fully deleted, it can be restored from the trash:

http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-restore-deleted-forms

If someone else has access to your account, I would also check with them to see if they had deleted the form.
