e-Signature block doesn't appear in the generated PDF

Hi! Before, my submissions would allow the contractor to sign the form, and once I printed it, the spot I created for me to sign it would be there. Now, the form only allows the submitted to sign it, and once I print it, there is no spot for me to sign and agree.

You should uncheck "Auto Hide Empty Fields" option in the form submissions page settings:

Or, you can just edit the submission first in the form submissions page before printing it out.
