    Hi Deborah,

Upon checking the shared users in the SBBWA (South Bay Business Women’s Association) JotForm account, I saw there were none. So, I can only assume that they gave you their password so you could have full access to the account. If so, when you go to our home page (https://www.jotform.com/) please do the following:

    1. There's an image that appears for first time visitors to that page. If it's there, click the "x" at its top right corner to close it

    2. Click the Login button at the top of the page and enter SBBWA as the username, enter the password they gave you, check Remember me (to avoid having to enter the username on subsequent visits) and sign in:

This should get you in to the account. If it doesn't, please inform us.

    Thanks
