Minimum number of words in a text area field

I'd like to chime in here and mention that having a minimum character count would be useful for me. I need to ensure my contractors submit at least a certain amount of work (as in, I ask them to write 500 words, so I would set the character minimum to 300 characters or so. This feature is available on the Google forms). I suspect the input mask feature will not be an adequate substitute for this.

Is there a place where we could possibly vote on requested features? Thank you.
