My forms are disabled but I have not received 100 submissions yet.

Hi JotForm, It's my first time here and I'd like to clarify something. I tried creating a form using the free trial and distributed it to our employees for an online survey. Responses came in quickly as soon as we sent it out. Few moments later I received an email that my form already reached a quota of 10 SSLs and that it will be automatically disabled on Monday, March 30 at 12:00PM EST. I thought that the free account would allow me 1000 submissions for a month, (didn't really understand what SSL is for) so I gave it a try. My dilemma here is that I gave a deadline for their entries and the form is supposed to be up until Thursday next week (latest). However, the form is no longer available. Given this, may I humbly request that the form's online availability be given an extension even until Tuesday or Wednesday next week? Another question: If I decide to upgrade to a premium account, will the SAME form that was taken off from your site be available again without affecting the responses? Or DO I still need to create ANOTHER form? Hoping to receive a favorable response from your team. Thank you. Len

    Hello PWFrauline,

Please be noted that in free account, you can only receive up to 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions. If any of the limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled. You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 40 SSL submissions.

I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

Another question: If I decide to upgrade to a premium account, will the SAME form that was taken off from your site be available again without affecting the responses? Or DO I still need to create ANOTHER form?

No you do not have to change the form URL or recreate your form. When you upgrade your account, the same form with the same URL will be activated again.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi ashwin_d,

Thanks for your reply. I just have clarification on this statement:

"I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts."

Since you mentioned that my account is again active, can I just EDIT the same form and just disable the SSL so more responses can come in? I tried clicking the URL but the form is still unavailable. :(

    Thank you.

    Hello PWFrauline,

Since you mentioned that my account is again active, can I just EDIT the same form and just disable the SSL so more responses can come in?

Please be noted that that just unchecking the "Secure Form" checkbox from the form will not solve the purpose. You will have to ensure that the "Secure Form" checkbox is not checked and then grab the form's embed code again. You should replace the existing embed code you have embedded in your web page with the new embed code. Basically your form embed code should not have "https://secure.." text.

I tried clicking the URL but the form is still unavailable. :(

I did check your account and found that it is active but your form is currently disabled. It seems you have set the "Expiration Date" of your form and that is the reason why your form was disabled automatically. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to remove the expiration date from your form and then enable your form. That should solve your problem. The following guides should help you:
