Embedded forms are not updated when I make changes to my forms

We have forms linked to the following two pages on our website that are not updating:

https://www.thevelozgroup.com/jobs

I have made changes to the form, but those changes are not being reflected on the website.

Please advise and fix.

I've checked the provided links and I see that you're using a custom script to render your forms instead of the normal script (which is commented in both pages)

Make sure that you're using the steps provided here: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page to properly embed the forms on your site.
