    How many fields can be integrated with Zoho CRM?

    I filled out the integration wizard to connect my JotForm with Zoho CRM. The problem is that the integration wizard only saves the first 16 fields. I have a 3-page form with 25 fields. The wizard lets me add them all, but after I save and go back into the wizard, the last 9 are missing.

    Also, if items are drop-down or checkbox in Zoho CRM, do they need to be the same drop-down or checkbox in JotForm?

    As far as I know there are no limitations regarding the number of fields that can be integrated with Zoho CRM.

    I've cleared your forms cache to make sure that this issue is not related to caching. Can you please try to remove your current integration and create it again?

    It seems to finally work, although something is still wonky with the interface.

    I removed the integration and created a new one, with 25 fields. When I opened it up to view it, only 16 of the fields were listed. I added the remaining ones back to the integration and saved it again. When I opened it up to view it, this time it remembered 21 of the fields. I added the remaining fields and saved again, and when I opened it up, it remembered all of them. It even added an extra field mapping. (I had a custom Zoho field named Industry/Type of Biz, and it mapped the same JotForm field to both that and the Zoho standard field Industry)

    Doing this might help you retrieve all the fields at once without the need to re-load the form and integrate it for a few times.
