Add columns to matrix

You can create table with rows and columns by adding 'Matrix'. You can find Matrix inside of Survey Tools tab. After adding Matrix you can change properties of Rows, Columns and Input Type.

To add a new column inside of Form Builder just click on Columns tab and add a name of new column. After clicking on OK new column will inside of your matrix.
