    And what exactly is JotForm intended for, if not to collect information?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback. Regarding JotForm, you can learn more about it here: https://www.jotform.com/faq/.

    This is quoted from the FAQs:

    "JotForm is the first web based WYSIWYG form builder. Its intuitive drag and drop user interface makes form building a breeze. Using JotForm, you can create forms, integrate them to your site and receive responses by email."

    For the SSO (Single Sign On) System, if you are still interested on it, you might one to consider licensing the form builder itself, it that way you can run JotForm in your own server or network and integrate an SSO system on it, if you already have one. You can check the licensing here: http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/.

    It is true that the forms collect information, although there are limitations to what users can collect, we do not allow users to create forms that collect sensitive information, these includes: bank details, passwords, log in credentials, credit card information and the likes. However, if you are creating an order form, you can integrate the payment processors that we support (examples are Paypal, Stripe and Authorize.net).

    I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please do open a new thread here in the forum.

    Kind regards.

    @lsymms,

    Yes. The self-hosted JotForm application is no longer available for sale. You may consider using the web based version of the JotForm. Please take a look at the FAQs of web based form builder and getting started with JotForm for more information.

    If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
